1.Order Processing & Committed Transit Time

We work tirelessly to ensure a swift, reliable delivery experience. All garments are packed with care using protective, eco-friendly wrapping to maintain their original, factory-fresh quality prior to leaving our facility.

• Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched to our primary shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
• Guaranteed Delivery Window: We guarantee that your ordered items will be safely delivered to your designated destination address within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking Your Shipment: Once your package leaves our fulfillment gates and is scanned by the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is instantly issued.

2.Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses located within the continental United States. 

• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do not support shipping to standard P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military bases at this time to ensure secure, fully tracked courier delivery.

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our everyday basics and apparel. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy starting from the date your package is officially marked as delivered by the carrier tracking log.

2.Return Conditions 

To ensure complete peace of mind, we charge absolutely zero restocking fees on all returned items. However, to be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following standard retail criteria:
* Condition: Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original, resellable condition with all product tags attached.
* Hygiene Note: For health and sanitation reasons, shapewear must be tried on over your own underwear. Items returned with visible signs of wear, makeup stains, fragrances, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
